 The Portsmouth Civic Forum and sponsoring partner Walmart are proud to bring you Portsmouth's 73rd Annual Fourth of July celebration.
From 3pm to 7pm: Rock Necklace Making for the kids, Pet Rock Making, Signature Rock, Take your picture with the Rock, Water Play area, Rock Wall
From 7pm to 10pm: Music, Comedy, and Fireworks. Mighty Fine performs at 7 and 9. Mark Twain and the Tall Tale Awards at 8. Comedian Bob Batch at 8:30
